Our first contact with you is usually on the phone. We will get some essential information at that time. We will meet you in person very soon after that call. We may meet you in our office, at your home or even at the hospital. We can also arrange for transportation if necessary. Where necessary we will personally visit the accident site; or hire an investigator to secure witness statements and other information necessary to have a successful outcome.
